Come for a week's holiday in the beautiful Clwydian Range AONB and learn a range of traditional coppice, green wood and woodland crafts. The programme will be flexible and will cater for the wishes of those who come. We will have the use of the craft workshop as well as our 50 acres of woodland. Activities could cover making hazel hurdles, stools, besoms, willow work, using a pole-lathe, managing a small woodland. Children can be catered for and could learn how to make shelters in the wood, look after trees, learn about wildlife in the wood and make various items such as bird boxes as well as some of the "adult" craft products. There will be one day free to explore the area.
You will be able to camp or caravan at the site where there is a w.c. and shower or there are local B&Bs.
Places will be limited and so early booking is advised. Phone to discuss what you would like to do.
