Managing a Small Woodland

On this one day course we will look at the 50 acres of Warren Woods as a whole and at several different compartments - coppice with standards, continuous cover, new plantings, conversion of softwood to hardwood etc. The overall management plan will be examined and successes and failures discussed. The course is suitable for people who have recently bought a small woodland or are thinking of buying one and want some pointers to what they might do with it.
